Ownership of Materials

All intellectual property, including Savvy Club materials, is copyrighted by Parelli Natural Horse*Man*Ship. Reproduction, distribution, retransmission, modification, public display, and public performance of such materials is prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of current copyright infringement laws. Under no circumstances should any materials be copied or reproduced.

2010 Parelli Center Courses

Payment Policy: Red Hot Earlybird and Earlybird priced courses: If payment is not received by date due, the higher course fee applies or the reservation may be turned over to the next student on the waiting list. Regular priced course: Must be paid in full 30 days prior to first course.
Cancellation Policy: Parelli reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Such decisions will be made at least two weeks before the scheduled course date. If a course is cancelled by Parelli, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer.
Transfer Fee: The first course transfer is free. A $150 fee will be charged for any transfer(s) thereafter.
Refund Policy: Red Hot Earlybird and Earlybird priced course fees are ONLY transferable to another date. There are no refunds. Courses booked at Regular price are eligible for a 50% refund if cancelling the course up to 30 days prior to the start of the course. A 25% refund will be issued if you cancel the course less then 30 days prior to the start of the course.
Approval Policy: Acceptance is subject to application review and approval. A full refund will be given if application cannot be accepted. Application Form must accompany booking.
Course FlexPay Payment Option: If not paying in full at time of application, I agree to pay by FlexPay Policy. I assume all responsibility for payment in full of my remaining balance by dates due. If paying by credit card, I agree that Parelli Natural Horse*Man*Ship has authority to charge my credit or debit card with the amounts stated on the dates listed on the application.
All Parelli Center Courses are not transferable or for resale to another person (exception, Gold companion tickets can be gifted to a family member or fellow club member).
Personal Photos: Photos are meant to be for your personal use only, not for commercial purposes or public viewing. You are not authorized to publish or display any photos taken of Pat, Linda, the staff, any one else or anything at the Parelli Center without written permission from Parelli and the person (or people) in the photo. Please no video cameras.
Other Course Policies: No dogs permitted. Appropriate footwear is required at all times during your course. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Parelli Products: Return & Warranty Information

Please check your order carefully.
If you need to return/exchange an item please call the office near you for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the date on your invoice.
There will be no refunds/returns on items past 30 days.
Our limited warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and/or materials. It is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Halters and hackamores are not adjustable. Untying of any knots voids the warranty. Please call our office with any questions or concerns regarding the knots and sizes.
Please send a copy of your invoice, as proof of purchase with any return.
Final decisions regarding condition, restocking fee, and reimbursement are at the discretion of the warranty department.

Parelli Savvy Club Membership

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP

Membership agreement states the following: I agree to pay Parelli Natural Horse*Man*Ship, Inc.^TM $23.95 which includes up to four family members in the same household for membership in the Parelli International Savvy Club. I agree that Parelli Natural Horse*Man*Ship, Inc.^TM will have continuous authority to charge my credit or debit card (effective immediately upon receipt of application in the Parelli office) and on the same date each month going forward for a monthly membership, or on the same date each year going forward for an annual membership. I understand that I am agreeing to become a member on an on-going basis. If you wish to pay annually by check, you may do so. Monthly check payments are not an option. Annual memberships are non-refundable.
The primary member can have up to 3 additional names, however all members need to be residents of the same address and use the same email and login. One set of DVDs and magazines are in each membership.
A signed cancellation form or email must be submitted in order to cancel your membership.
The charge for your Savvy Club materials pays for the materials during the month of the charge. You must submit your request to cancel in writing to us no later than the 25th of the current month to cancel the next month's membership.

SILVER MEMBERSHIP

Membership agreement states the following: I agree to pay Parelli Natural Horse*Man*Ship, Inc.TM the amount indicated below which includes up to four family members in the same household for membership in the Parelli International Savvy Club. I agree that Parelli Natural Horse*Man*Ship, Inc.TM will have continuous authority to charge my credit or debit card (effective immediately upon receipt of application in the Parelli office) and on the same date each month going forward for a monthly membership.
The primary member can have up to 3 additional names, however all members need to be residents of the same address and use the same email and login. One set of CDs, Mastery Lesson DVDs, DVDs and magazines are in each membership.
A signed cancellation form or email must be submitted in order to cancel your membership.
There is no limit to the number of Silver members, but only members who sign up or upgrade before June 26, 2009 will receive the free Personalized Horsenality TM Report. This report is for one horse.
The Savvy Up Audio Series is 30-60 minutes of philosophy, history, new breakthroughs, and key developments of the Parelli program.
The Mastery Lesson DVDs are of Pat teaching his Mastery Students available in the Savvy Club Vault and on DVD. Silver members receive 4 DVDs annually.
For as long as you are a Silver Savvy Club member, you can purchase back issues of the Audio CDs, and Mastery Manuals, (#1, #4, #7, and #10 only) while supplies last.
The charge for your Savvy Club materials pays for the materials during the month of the charge. You must submit your request to cancel in writing to us no later than the 25th of the current month to cancel the next month's membership.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP

I agree that Parelli Natural Horse*Man*Ship, Inc.TM will have continuous authority to charge my credit or debit card (effective immediately upon receipt of application in the Parelli office) and on the same date each month going forward for a monthly membership.
The primary member can have up to 3 additional names, however all members need to be residents of the same address and use the same email and login. One set of CDs, Mastery Lesson DVDs, DVDs and magazines are in each membership.

There is no limit to the number of Gold members, but only the first 500 will receive the 1 free Course Companion Ticket. Only members who sign up or upgrade before June 26, 2009 will receive the free Personalized Horsenality/Personality Match Report.
The companion ticket is a complimentary offer that allows you to receive one week free in 2009 at any of the Parelli Centers after purchasing a week-long course or more. The companion ticket is only available to the first 500 Gold Savvy Club members. One companion ticket will be issued per membership. To receive your companion ticket for a one-week course at the Parelli Center, you need to purchase one or more one-week courses from us (at the current tuition fee). To activate your companion ticket you will need to have paid for 12 months of membership. Companion tickets are for use for yourself, your family, or you to gift to a fellow club member. They are not transferable, for resale, or redeemable for cash. All companion tickets expire on December 30, 2010, and must be redeemed/used before that date. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy in the future. In 2010 you receive one free 2-week course after purchasing a 2-week course. The companion ticket cannot be used for the 4-week course for 2010 or for any University courses.
The Horsenality/Personality Match Report is a revealing customized report that highlights the similarities or differences and mismatches between the horse owner and his or her horse. You receive 1 Match report when you sign up or upgrade before June 26, 2009. This report is for one human and one horse.

Savvy Summit: Tickets cannot be offered for resale. Reservations are limited to 200 for each Summit.

LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP

The primary member can have up to 3 additional names, however all members need to be residents of the same address and use the same email and login. One set of DVDs and magazines are in each membership. The membership exists for the Lifetime of the primary member.
A signed cancellation form or email must be submitted in order to cancel your membership.
Lifetime members can upgrade their Lifetime membership for 2 complimentary years of Gold membership (a $2,400.00 value.) Or, you can choose to do both. If you upgrade to Gold and opt to receive the two complimentary years of membership, you forgo your Lifetime membership.

Parelli Event E-tickets

HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING CLUBS, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDER FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.
This ticket is not subject to any refund and shall bear no cash value. If issued complimentarily, this ticket shall not be exchangeable.
IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF THE APPLICABLE EVENT, MANAGEMENT SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO ISSUE A REFUND PROVIDED THAT YOU ARE GIVEN THE RIGHT, WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS OF THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL EVENT, TO ATTEND A SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE OF THE SAME EVENT OR TO EXCHANGE THIS TICKET FOR A TICKET, COMPARABLE IN PRICE AND LOCATION, TO ANOTHER SIMILAR EVENT AS DESIGNATED BY MANAGEMENT EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW.
Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. Breach of any of the fore going will automatically terminate this license.
This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. Holder agrees by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the game, performance, exhibition or event for which this ticket is issued. Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and here by grants permission to utilize holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.
In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, prices include all applicable taxes and/or cash discounts (if available).

Parelli Gift Certificates

Parelli Gift Certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and can only be used by being mailed into one of our offices (US, Australia or UK) or at an event.
