Course Information Game of Contact After five years of intensive dressage training and mentoring from world renowned dressage master, Walter Zettl, Linda Parelli has decoded the secret of “contact”, the elastic connection between horse and rider via the bit. Discovering this method after years of trying to get her Dutch Warmblood, Remmer, to enjoy and understand contact, Linda has impressed Zettl with her ability to explain the unexplainable. Level 1&2 – Developing On Line and FreeStyle Pre-requisites: an interest and desire to learn more about building a stronger relationship with your horse! Whether you are just starting your Parelli journey, or have gotten stuck along the way, this class will help you to develop both your ground and riding skills to the next stage. Explore the fundamentals of the Parelli Program, and learn the key components to safety and fun with your horse! Moving Into Level 3 Recommended for students self-assessed half-way through Level 2. For the confident student who is ready to advance in three Savvys: On Line, FreeStyle, and Liberty. This unique course is for students looking to jump start their progress through Level 2 and into Level 3, while unveiling the psychology behind why On Line and Liberty build to FreeStyle! If you have Fast Track Course goals, but need to advance your horsemanship, this course is made for you! Liberty & Horsenality Linda Parelli teaches Liberty and Horsenality as 2-1/2 day standalone clinic that can also be taken as part of a 5-day course that includes her Advanced Game of Contact. This 5-day Confidence in Riding Course features four core daily learning blocks including a lecture, demo, remuda and focus stations. Why let fear come between you and your horse when you can easily become a confident leader! Let this course transform your relationship with horses and teach you how to control a catastrophe, should an emergency occur. Your dreams can become a reality and the Confidence in Riding Course is your ticket to make it happen. Riding with Purpose – Trails Trail Riding is one of the more challenging things you can do with your horse – exposing them to different environments, which are prone to surprising situations, and oftentimes in a group situation, where the herd instinct can quickly kick in. Set yourself up for success out on the trail, by learning the skills and techniques for a safe, relaxing ride for both you and your horse. The course will entail a fun finale event that will be sure to please! Parelli Fast Track The 4-week Fast Track program weaves all Four Savvys together and teaches you how to manage your horse’s development in each area by setting daily training goals and measuring the progress. You’ll be taught how to set specific goals and are tracked and mentored through daily and weekly goals, reviews and specially targeted workshops. It is a course in ‘independence,’ teaching you how to plan and take charge of your progress and achievements. Level 3/4 Refining the Four Savvys (Flex Track Equivalency) Pre-requisites: Level 2 graduate, by official Audition or self-assessment. Accelerate your Level 3 and 4 journey, by spending two intense weeks, studying the refinement of all 4 Savvys. This course replaces the Flex Track courses, for those who have already purchased or started the Flex Track series, but it is also ideal for those who are ready to jumpstart their Level 3/4 horsemanship journey, regardless of Instructor goals! Positive. Progressive. Natural – On Line (wk 1) and FreeStyle (wk 2) Everything starts with having the right attitude. Pat Parelli says that having the right attitude was his first step into pursuing what he needed, to get where he is now. It is the primary Key that leads to everything else. Your attitude in horsemanship should be POSITIVE, PROGRESSIVE and NATURAL. It must be all three of those things and not a combination of one or two. For example, you could be positive and natural, but if you’re not progressive, you stay stuck where you are. |
