The clean, modern, one-bedroom, one-bath apartment has a pullout couch and can accommodate 2 comfortably but is available for 3 people. Fully equipped kitchen, DSL, washer/dryer and linens provided, walk in and make yourself at home! Rental comes with 2 available paddocks for one horse per person. Additional horses and/or use of adjoining 4 stall barn is available for an extra fee. Also room for one RV hook up. Barn Apartment for rent. The apartment is approximately 700 square feet including a washer/dryer. It is in an attractive and quiet setting on our farm with lovely views over a rolling 200 acre cattle field and bordered by 80 acres of woods. In addition, with 14 stalls and 6 guest paddocks, we are able to accommodate equine friends as well. Well away from the main house, guests have a real sense of privacy in a tranquil and supportive setting. The facilities on our farm available to our guests are: an equine playground equipped with a bridge, ball, etc.; a round pen; a fenced practice arena with sand footing; a dressage arena; fields in which to ride; hot/cold water wash stalls; and, as I mentioned above, available stalls and paddocks. And, we are only about 15 minutes from the Parelli Center. |
