7 Pines Ranch offers 35 acres, with 2 ponds and irrigated pastures, all surrounded by the San Juan Mountains. The facility is close to the fairgrounds and downtown, with miles of quiet roads and trails. The barn is heavily insulated and offers 9 stalls with windows that open up to the mountains. Each stall is provided with mats, mangers, water buckets and shavings each day. There is a wash rack, tack room as well as a well-lit indoor arena. Outside you will find a large arena with excellent drainage, a round pen, 6 pens and one additional large pen. Daily turnout is included, so are sheet or blanket care. Horses are fed twice a day including supplements and medication if necessary. Daily rates are $25 for stalls and $15 for pastures or outside pens. Rates are also available for weekly and monthly board. |

We can accommodate 1 self-contained RV with parking at the barn. Horses are fed 3 times a day with a bed check at 10pm and again at 6am when feeding starts again.
